* chore(npcs): remove duplicate Thingrim Magnarson file npcs/Thingrim Magnarson.md and npcs/Bank Krasnoludzki/Thingrim Magnarson.md were near-identical duplicates. Kept the one nested under Bank Krasnoludzki/ (matches the org-nesting pattern used for other affiliated NPCs, and has the correct relative _assets path). All existing [[Thingrim Magnarson]] backlinks resolve by basename, so nothing breaks. * chore(npcs): remove non-canon Gemini filler NPCs Confirmed against the GM's actual canon character list: none of these 16 NPCs (the "Mistrz X / Profesor X / Mistrzyni X" WeSM faculty batch, plus a handful of similarly-invented named figures) are real characters - they were auto-generated placeholder stubs Gemini created to fill voids in "known practitioners" flavor lists, never fleshed out, and don't exist in the GM's head either. Removed the stub files and the "Znani praktycy"/"Znani przedstawiciele" bullet points referencing them across disciplines/*.md and races/Elf.md - either dropping just the fake entry where a real one (e.g. Robert Zaryn, Kult Otchłani) shared the same list, or removing the section entirely where every entry was fabricated. Also merged the duplicate Aurora Nylabelle stub into the existing, already-canonical npcs/Uczniowie/Aurora.md (which already carries "Aurora Nylabelle" as an alias) rather than treating her as filler - she's confirmed canon, just needs real content still. * feat(lore): add Abyss as the primordial being behind Nil/Mundus/Tempus New canon from the GM: Abyss was simultaneously a place and a being, existing before any universe did. Mundus split off first (her birth is what made existence/worlds possible at all), then Tempus split off second (his birth is what made time/change/continuity possible - why anything can persist past the instant of its creation). What remained after both departures is Nil - not a third sibling born alongside the other two, but the leftover core of the original Otchłań, which is why she's treated as the eldest and closest to the source, and why "Abyss" still gets used as one of her names. Also distinguishes two previously-conflated phenomena: the one-time Pierwotny Rozpad (primordial split, pre-universe) vs. a Personification being drawn into and manifesting within a specific universe (repeatable, e.g. triggered by a disturbance of the Pierwotna Zasada Równowagi Magii) - lore/02's Rozdział III previously described the latter as if it were the act of creating Nil and Mundus from scratch each time, and didn't mention Tempus in that framing at all. New: npcs/Kult Otchłani/Abyss.md (full account), concepts/Otchłań/ Abyss.md (see-also stub, matching the existing pattern for Nil/Mundus/ Tempus). Updated: Nil.md, Mundus.md, Tempus.md (cross-links + their place in the split), concepts/Otchłań/Personifikacje Otchłani.md (promoted from draft status now that the origin story is grounded), lore/02's Rozdział III intro. * feat(npcs): write up Narcyza Eleness Zurbach, add Klara stub Narcyza was an empty placeholder despite being confirmed canon by the GM (as opposed to the Gemini filler batch removed earlier) - full backstory from the GM: 750+ year old arch-succubus, daughter of Sheliss Eleness Zurbach (a succubus married to a demon king killed before Narcyza's birth). Raised alone by her mother until age 30, when Sheliss was captured by a rival demon lord and never heard from again. Narcyza's rescue attempt failed - one of the lord's generals cursed her while unconscious, permanently draining her power to feed her captor. She doesn't know it's a curse; thinks the drain is just how powerful demons work. Enrolled at WeSM partly to find safety among people, partly because Earth's connection to other worlds is her best lead on finding her mother. Skilled at crafts (hand-makes clothing, including some of Diana Koniecpolska's), currently into miniature painting. Left the rival demon lord, his general, and Sheliss's current fate open in a GM-only note - hooks for later rather than invented detail. Added a minimal, honestly-incomplete stub for Klara (the angel Narcyza grew close to at WeSM) rather than a broken link or a fabricated backstory - she's queued for her own dedicated round. Cross-linked Diana <-> Narcyza's relationship on both pages, and listed both in the npcs.md index alongside an Abyss entry under Kult Otchłani. * feat(npcs): add Kiara (Feles, Diana's loose relationship) Kiara is a distinct character from Klara - a long violet-haired Feles, one year above Diana Koniecpolska at WeSM, in a loose relationship with her. Cross-linked with Diana's page, listed as Feles's first confirmed "known representative" in the campaign, added to the npcs.md index. Left as a stub pending fuller detail on personality/history, same as Klara - noted honestly rather than invented. * feat(npcs): write up Joe Cox (was a 0-byte file) GM's pitch: Rambo by way of Johnny Bravo and Guile from Street Fighter - tall, built, blonde, an unmistakable hairstyle, a lieutenant you can drop solo with a gun and limited ammo and he will complete the mission, no matter the odds. Already referenced elsewhere in the vault as 1st Platoon commander of XCOM (Federacja Sol-3's special forces), so wrote him consistent with that existing context and cross-linked accordingly. * feat(npcs): write up Leopold von Karma (was Gemini filler stub) GM's backstory: a human necromancer from another world who spent years tracking Hept-Skhes - his rival from their shared homeworld, before Hept-Skhes went on to defeat rival death-gods (Tanatos among them, per lore/10) and ascend to godhood. The chase accidentally landed Leopold a teaching position at WeSM. Now spends his free time cursing Hept-Skhes and terrifying students and fellow teachers alike. Relocated from npcs/Leopold von Karma.md to npcs/Nauczyciele/ to match the existing teacher-NPC convention (Pelagius Caudex, Urszula Callistis) - no path-qualified backlinks existed, so nothing else needed updating. Added him to disciplines/Nekromancja.md's known-practitioners list and cross-linked with the existing Hept-skhes concept page. * feat(npcs): write up Klaus von Übertropp and flesh out Pelagius Caudex Klaus von Übertropp had no dedicated file despite being referenced (broken link) from Wschodnioeuropejska Szkoła Magii.md, which already carried most of his story in prose: a non-mage installed as WeSM director by Kult Otchłani, promised power by Nil in exchange for helping bring her fully into the material world. When the plan failed, Nil killed the other participants but gave Klaus a worse fate - complete removal from reality itself, not just death. New GM-facing term for this from the source conversation: "usunięcie z Otchłani" (removal from the Abyss). Nil then picked Pelagius Caudex as the new director on a whim, as a "fun" punishment - and thanks to the erasure, Pelagius is publicly remembered as WeSM's first-ever director. Also fleshed out Pelagius Caudex's own file, which had a director title in its stat table but zero prose - added an Opis/Relacje section covering the same appointment from his side, since it was sitting right there unexplained. Added a note to Nil.md about this erasure capability being (as far as known) unique to her among the three Personifications. * feat(npcs): add Maedinitia and Nemyo, fix dangling TOC entries Maedinitia: a water mage, WeSM student, and Aurora Nylabelle's servant - she's at the school mostly as part of Aurora's retinue, since Aurora attends for political reasons as a princess of Hiondirs-4. Cross-linked with Aurora's page (which had a stat table but no prose at all yet). Nemyo: a Feles alchemist who's helped numerous player parties out with potions - added to disciplines/Alchemia.md's known-practitioners list, which is also where two other discipline pages' TOCs still pointed at a "Znani praktycy" heading I'd removed entirely in the earlier Gemini filler cleanup (Botanika, Golemancja) - fixed those dangling links too. * fix(npcs): resolve Xillith name coincidence, add Nil's first erasure Cleared up a real contradiction: the existing avatar/halberd-possession mechanic linking Bezimienny (First Patriarch, real name Xillith) to Xillith Isherwood is correct and stays - Isherwood is bound to the Patriarch's soul because he's a Szkarłatny Kult member who claimed the cursed halberd, not because of the shared name. The GM confirmed the name match itself is pure coincidence with no in-universe cause; Nil is aware of it and finds it funny or infuriating depending on her mood. Also filled in why Xillith's erasure by Nil was incomplete (unlike Klaus von Übertropp's total erasure): her manifestation at the time was extremely weak, having possessed a child's body, limiting how much of him she could actually remove from the Abyss - enough to strip his name and most of his existence, not enough to erase him entirely. Pulled the well-developed duel backstory already sitting in lore/10's Xivell chapter (age 21, Botanika's discovery, Arcymag and Nadworny Taumaturg titles, the duel's stakes) into Bezimienny's own page and cross-linked it, since his page previously didn't reference that chapter at all despite covering the same events. Added the same history to Nil.md as her first known intervention in mortal affairs. * feat(npcs): add Tena Lindemann (Inquisition's secret lich) GM's backstory: originally a non-magical human from another world, trapped for 20 years in a cave saturated with necromantic energy - transformed into a lich through prolonged exposure rather than a deliberate ritual. Moved to Earth afterward and joined the Inquisition, rising to Senior Inquisitor. Dramatic irony worth keeping as an open GM hook: the Inquisition actively hunts illegal necromancy, and one of its senior members is undead herself. Left whether her superiors know/tolerate this or she's hiding it as an open question rather than inventing an answer. Added to disciplines/Nekromancja.md's practitioners list and a new Inkwizycja section in npcs.md (first NPC filed under that org). * feat(npcs): flesh out Xillith Isherwood, add Talonos backstory * feat(npcs): flesh out Talonos Isherwood personality and backstory * feat(npcs): add Nicodemus Florens (Crimson Cult Archpriest / Sol-3 double agent) * feat(npcs): flesh out Pelagius Caudex, resolve Nil/Diana possession event, cross-link Syllia/Norbert * feat(npcs): flesh out Urszula Callistis, add Croix Meridies, resolve Norbert's witch-magic anomaly * feat(npcs): major Diana Koniecpolska deep-dive - full life chapters, Nil possession/split, Harbinger transformation Cross-linked into Narcyza (curse secret), Kiara, Aurora, Poslancy roster, Robert Zaryn, and Bezimienny. * feat(npcs): add Narcyza's physical appearance details * feat(npcs): flesh out Aurora Nylabelle, the Diana romance arc, and Maedinitia's clinginess * feat(npcs): note Aurora's role assisting Diana's experiments --------- Co-authored-by: Claude <noreply@anthropic.com>

- **Przyciąganie do danego wszechświata** - osobne, powtarzalne zjawisko, w którym któraś z trzech Personifikacji zostaje "przyciągnięta" do konkretnego wszechświata i tworzy tam swoją fizyczną manifestację (np. gdy Pierwotna Zasada Równowagi Magii zostaje zaburzona). To nie jest kolejny rozpad - Nil, Mundus i Tempus już istnieją jako odrębne byty od czasu Pierwotnego Rozpadu, po prostu w danym momencie przejawiają się lokalnie, w konkretnym wszechświecie.
