Lore-like notes (npcs, lore, classes, organizations, locations, concepts, player characters, conflicts, races) become needs-rewrite. Mechanics stay tests-pending, except unique-character stat blocks, superspells and talents already simulated, which become needs-rewrite. Every labelled note gets authorship: ai-draft. Files with unrelated uncommitted edits are left out of this commit.

- Update Kult Otchlani org page to reflect Nil's motive for culling

- Add "zaklecia" tag to all 104 spell files
- Translate ~90 Polish frontmatter tags to English vault-wide for
consistency with the spells/ taxonomy (e.g. otchlan->abyss,
magia-krwi->blood-magic, szkarlatny-kult->crimson-cult), keeping
proper nouns (character/place names) and clean up legacy "#tag"
hashtag-style artifacts left over from old Obsidian inline tags
