fix(lore): translate tags on the 4 recently-reorganized NPC files

Narcyza Eleness Zurbach.md, Klara.md, Klaus von Übertropp.md, and
Nemyo.md were moved into their subfolders in a separate local WIP
that landed on main after the vault-wide tag translation ran, so
their Polish tags were never touched by that pass.
