Partial implementation of _meta/Foundry Sync Brief (2026-10-26).md. Includes the content of #8, #9, #10 (merge this instead of them). See CHANGELOG [Unreleased]. Not done yet: Zapał spend tracking (flag paidExtra is read but nothing sets it), Chwyt/Pełny Unik/fall damage/Test Przeżycia wiring, golem/rune templates, brewing/trade constants, Labirynt Umysłu full pierce, Sąd Ostateczny text, ZM bump. Obrażenia +1 flag exists but vault has no spell category yet.
