Octoturge c421a63107 Convert wikilinks to standard Markdown links vault-wide (#3)
* refactor(vault): convert wikilinks to standard Markdown links

Switches the vault's internal linking convention from Obsidian
wikilinks ([[Target]]) to standard Markdown links ([Text](path)),
so the vault renders correctly in Obsidian, plain Markdown readers,
and AI tools that don't understand wikilink syntax.

- Flipped Obsidian's core "Use [[Wikilinks]]" setting off
  (.obsidian/app.json: useMarkdownLinks + newLinkFormat: relative)
so new links created in-app follow the same convention.
- Converted ~1690 wikilink/embed occurrences across 143 files via a
vault-aware script: relative path resolution per source file,
GitHub-compatible heading-anchor slugs (with correct duplicate
suffixing) for same-file and cross-file heading links, alias-aware
and case-insensitive target resolution, and disambiguation for the
handful of basenames that exist in more than one place (e.g. Nil,
Federacja Sol-3) in favor of their canonical page.
- Image embeds with a size modifier become <img width> tags; sized-less
images become standard ![]() embeds; non-image embeds (video) become
plain links, since transclusion has no Markdown equivalent.
- Updated the styleguide to document the new link convention.
- Fixed one pre-existing typo (swapped target/alias on a Tempus link).

Verified: 1648/1656 non-asset links resolve to real files after
conversion; the remaining 8 are either a documentation example or
already-known pre-existing red links (missing conflicts.md index,
a couple of not-yet-written character/org stubs) predating this change.

* fix(vault): add missing conflicts.md index, restore two dangling TOC entries

- Add conflicts.md as a top-level index (mirroring npcs.md/organizations.md/etc),
the only top-level folder that lacked one.
- lore/05: restore the missing "Przywództwo i legendy" heading its TOC
already pointed at (content existed, just wasn't header-ized).
- organizations/Federacja Sol-3.md: fix two TOC entries whose text had
drifted from the real heading ("Wojsko Federacji" -> "Wojsko i Waluty
Federacji", "a Podbój Kosmosu" -> "w Podbój Kosmosu" typo), and restore
the missing "Ziemia (Sol-3-1725) jako Kluczowy Członek" heading.
- Ziemia (Sol-3-1725).md: drop an orphaned TOC sub-entry pointing at a
bolded callout label ("Centrum Wsparcia Planetarnego") that was never
a real heading, rather than inventing one that would break the callout.

* feat(vault): restructure Elf race page, add Brogir Vane and Siły Specjalne X

- races/Elf.md: consolidate the scattered Wysokie/Leśne differentiators
(previously one sentence per theme in each general section) into two
dedicated ## Elfy Wysokie / ## Elfy Leśne sections, so the existing
cross-file links to these subraces resolve to something real instead
of just falling back to the whole page.
- Add npcs/Bank Krasnoludzki/Brogir Vane.md - Dyrektor Generalny of the
Dwarven Bank on Earth, distinct from Thingrim Magnarson's "Twarz Banku"
public-facing role. Fixed the two links in races/Krasnolud.md that
pointed at the wrong (races/) folder.
- Add organizations/Federacja Sol-3/Siły Specjalne X.md, built from the
existing canonical book content in lore/10 (previously only ever
quoted inline on Nicodemus Florens's and Karolina Fey's pages, never
given its own page). Fixed the pre-existing red links across
npcs.md/Nicodemus Florens.md/Karolina Fey.md to point at it, and
  added it to organizations.md.

Verified: 0 broken internal links vault-wide (excluding the two files
already out of scope: the styleguide's illustrative link example, and
the pre-existing lore/90 session-log import with its own Pandoc-style
anchor convention).

* feat(organizations): add X-COM-flavored mission doctrine to Siły Specjalne X

* fix(organizations): specify Siły Specjalne X squad composition (10-12, 3-4 human)
