Closes the TBD left when shield-breaking was added to Boska Włócznia
earlier this session. Mixes a shared pack-hunt bonus (allies gain a
die on attacks per stack, up to 3) with a caster-only consumable
payoff (burn stacks on a hit for +1k3 damage each, ignoring Runic
Armour, Magic Shielding, and mundane Pancerz) - the mark's passive
effect helps the whole party corner the target, but only the hunter
who placed it can call in the finishing blow.
