octoturge c26bec9268 vault backup: 2026-08-18 (Klaus von Übertropp dedup + line-ending normalization)

Removes the orphaned duplicate npcs/Klaus von Übertropp.md (superseded by
npcs/Nauczyciele/Klaus von Übertropp.md, same pattern as the earlier
Narcyza/Klara/Robert Zaryn cleanups) and normalizes line endings on a few
lore files per the .gitattributes convention.
