Lore-like notes (npcs, lore, classes, organizations, locations, concepts, player characters, conflicts, races) become needs-rewrite. Mechanics stay tests-pending, except unique-character stat blocks, superspells and talents already simulated, which become needs-rewrite. Every labelled note gets authorship: ai-draft. Files with unrelated uncommitted edits are left out of this commit.

Cel zaklęcia czuje, jakby spętały go widmowe, niezniszczalne łańcuchy. Efekt działa wyłącznie na umysł celu - Postać nie jest w rzeczywistości związana.

Postać musi wykonać Test na Dusza (Determinacja) 4:S, gdzie liczba wymaganych sukcesów (S) jest równa liczbie wyrzuconych przez maga sukcesów.

W przypadku niepowodzenia Postać jest traktowana tak, jakby była Unieruchomiona, a ponadto nie może rzucać zaklęć.
