Follow-up to the Damage Reduction Order formalization:
- Rozdział V's actual combat-resolution paragraph (00. Podręcznik Gry.md)
never got updated to match the new sequential Runic Armour -> Magic
Shielding -> Armour -> HP order and terminology; it still described
the two magic layers as one lumped subtraction.
- Renamed the last "Runiczna Tarcza" holdouts to "Runiczny Pancerz":
the Amulet Osłony artifact and the Sztandar/Patriarcha Crimson Cult
weapon writeup (duplicated across two files), which already had its
own pre-existing 2:1 shield-breaking mechanic predating this
session's spell conversions.
- Crimson Bolt now ignores Runic Armour and Magic Shielding but no
longer ignores mundane Pancerz (ignoresArmor: true -> false) - a
deliberate example that an effect can skip some defensive layers in
the new order without skipping all of them.
