Fix "faularnych" typo, tidy a stray empty table column, link two previously plain-text lore references, and add missing Nauczyciele index entries (Leopold von Karma, Diana Koniecpolska) — recovered from pre-session stashed WIP that predated the vault reorg and was otherwise obsolete.
