fix(lore): fill lore gaps, dedupe NPC pages, and enrich prose (round 2-3)

Fills remaining unfilled template placeholder fields across NPC/organization/
conflict pages tracked in _meta/Luki w Lore.md (Mundus, Tempus, Diana
Koniecpolska, Aurora, Isherwood brothers, Narcyza, Serioża Żukow, Bill
Cipher, Wybrańcy Herosów, Projekt Starlight, BAW, and the Federacja Sol-3 /
Malferian war table), adds new Nil "Abyss" nickname lore and the related
Pelagius Caudex incident, removes orphaned duplicate NPC pages (Narcyza,
Klara, Robert Zaryn), moves Bank Krasnoludzki to organizations/, and
rewrites Siły Specjalne Gaja's prose (first trimming repetition/ToC, then
fleshing it back out into fuller, smoother prose per updated house style).
