fix(lore): remove unused foundry/compendium/* tags

Confirmed via Foundry-Data investigation that no script actually reads these nested tags - Foundry pack routing is done entirely via a hardcoded folder-to-pack table in build-journal-packs.ts, and the topical-parser strips YAML frontmatter wholesale without parsing it.
