vault: publish labels per author guidance, authorship: ai-draft everywhere

Browse Source 
Lore-like notes (npcs, lore, classes, organizations, locations, concepts, player characters, conflicts, races) become needs-rewrite. Mechanics stay tests-pending, except unique-character stat blocks, superspells and talents already simulated, which become needs-rewrite. Every labelled note gets authorship: ai-draft. Files with unrelated uncommitted edits are left out of this commit.

Każde zaklęcie należy rzucać, wykonując znaczące dla maga gesty oraz wypowiadając znaczącą dla maga frazę. Gesty i fraza nie są ściśle określone dla danego zaklęcia, co oznacza, że nawet najprostsze zaklęcie - Poblask - może być rzucone na nieskończenie wiele sposobów - tak długo jak rzucający rozumie, dlaczego dany gest i dana fraza służy do rzucania danego zaklęcia.
