vault: publish labels per author guidance, authorship: ai-draft everywhere

Browse Source 
Lore-like notes (npcs, lore, classes, organizations, locations, concepts, player characters, conflicts, races) become needs-rewrite. Mechanics stay tests-pending, except unique-character stat blocks, superspells and talents already simulated, which become needs-rewrite. Every labelled note gets authorship: ai-draft. Files with unrelated uncommitted edits are left out of this commit.

Długi Odpoczynek trwa co najmniej osiem godzin i składa się z dwóch godzin własnej aktywności, np. czytania książek czy pracowania nad artefaktem, oraz co najmniej sześciogodzinnego snu. Pod koniec Długiego Odpoczynku Postać przestaje być Zatruta, Oszołomiona, Zamrożona, odzyskuje przytomność oraz wszystkie brakujące punkty Żywotności i Many.
