vault: publish labels per author guidance, authorship: ai-draft everywhere

Browse Source 
Lore-like notes (npcs, lore, classes, organizations, locations, concepts, player characters, conflicts, races) become needs-rewrite. Mechanics stay tests-pending, except unique-character stat blocks, superspells and talents already simulated, which become needs-rewrite. Every labelled note gets authorship: ai-draft. Files with unrelated uncommitted edits are left out of this commit.

Masz wrodzony dar do wykrywania i obrazowania otaczającej Cię magii, jej ukierunkowania oraz efektu. Testy na opieranie się efektowi zaklęć i na rozplatanie zaklęć wymagają jednego sukcesu mniej. Ponadto wybierasz, którym zmysłem "widzisz" magię (wzrok - wstęgi w powietrzu, dotyk - drżenie w palcach o różnym natężeniu i częstotliwości, słuch - różne dźwięki itd.).
