vault: publish labels per author guidance, authorship: ai-draft everywhere

Browse Source 
Lore-like notes (npcs, lore, classes, organizations, locations, concepts, player characters, conflicts, races) become needs-rewrite. Mechanics stay tests-pending, except unique-character stat blocks, superspells and talents already simulated, which become needs-rewrite. Every labelled note gets authorship: ai-draft. Files with unrelated uncommitted edits are left out of this commit.

Lamie (bądź nagi) to rasa wyróżniająca się tym, że od pasa w dół mają tułów/ogon przypominający węże (czy też inne pełzające zwierzęta pokryte łuskami).
Nagi są wyśmienitymi wojownikami, bardzo często widuje się przedstawicieli tej rasy z włócznią i tarczą, lecz dzierżą także inne rodzaje broni. Preferują tradycyjną broń białą.
