vault: publish labels per author guidance, authorship: ai-draft everywhere

Browse Source 
Lore-like notes (npcs, lore, classes, organizations, locations, concepts, player characters, conflicts, races) become needs-rewrite. Mechanics stay tests-pending, except unique-character stat blocks, superspells and talents already simulated, which become needs-rewrite. Every labelled note gets authorship: ai-draft. Files with unrelated uncommitted edits are left out of this commit.

Demony pochodzą z Galaktyki Demonów, zwanej Piekłem, i naturalnie czerpią z Otchłani. Postać gracza jest **Średnim Demonem (Poziom Drugi): sukkubem lub inkubem**. Niższe demony (impy) są zbyt prostymi istotami, a wyższe są za potężne, by zasiadać w klasie szkolnej, więc pozostają bohaterami niezależnymi (patrz [Demon](../../../races/Demon.md)).
