vault: publish labels per author guidance, authorship: ai-draft everywhere

Browse Source 
Lore-like notes (npcs, lore, classes, organizations, locations, concepts, player characters, conflicts, races) become needs-rewrite. Mechanics stay tests-pending, except unique-character stat blocks, superspells and talents already simulated, which become needs-rewrite. Every labelled note gets authorship: ai-draft. Files with unrelated uncommitted edits are left out of this commit.

Anioły są dosyć rzadko spotykaną na Ziemi rasą - przez większość ludzi wciąż są uznawane za istoty bliskie bóstwom, co jest poniekąd prawdą.
Wszystkie anioły są dziećmi (tworami?) Boga, bóstwa, które jest czymś najbliżej przypominającym Jahwe. Jako że jest to jedyne bóstwo, które uznają za faktyczne bóstwo, nazywają go także Jedynym.
