vault: publish labels per author guidance, authorship: ai-draft everywhere

Lore-like notes (npcs, lore, classes, organizations, locations, concepts, player characters, conflicts, races) become needs-rewrite. Mechanics stay tests-pending, except unique-character stat blocks, superspells and talents already simulated, which become needs-rewrite. Every labelled note gets authorship: ai-draft.  Część magów posługujących się Magią Sakralną nie ma talentu do pomagania innym, czy to lecząc, czy ochraniając w trakcie walki, czyli do tego, do czego głównie się ich szkoli. Okazuje się jednak, że wybrane osoby z tej grupy potrafią korzystać ze swojej magii w kompletnie innych celach. Egzorcyści, bo tym są magowie korzystający w niecodzienny sposób ze swoich zdolności, walczą z demonami za pomocą słów… I okazjonalnie za pomocą broni konwencjonalnej. Jako że ich zaklęcia wymagają od nich bardzo dużego skupienia, są pozbawieni możliwości bronienia się magią, dlatego też szkoleni są do walki bronią białą i dystansową i, jako jedni z naprawdę niewielkiej grupy, Wschodnioeuropejska Szkoła Magii szkoli egzorcystów w korzystaniu z broni palnej.
