spells: mark direct-damage spells with category: Obrażenia (17 clean files)

Lets Foundry apply the Obrażenia +1 damage rule. Buffs, shields, periodic-only effects and instant-kill superspells are left unmarked. Six more damage spells carry the same line but stay uncommitted because they have unrelated edits in progress.
